Create a new moderator or administrator

Hello.

How does one create another administrator or another moderator?

I can't seem to find the right area in tha yabb admin panel, anywhere.

Also, if we update our signature or avatar, will it be updated in all our posts including old ones or only in posts made after the change? If only in newer posts, how can we change it to change it in all the posts including older ones?

To make someone an admin or moderator go into there profile and edit it.  Near the bottom there will be a box called "Position:" that is where you set it.  Your signature and avatar will be updated in all posts if you change it.
