Is there any way/mod that will allow me to change the newbie status or the member status to read something else ?

I know that I can change the titles for thne whole group (500 plus post can change to "get a job" for example)

But what if I want to change them per person, and give each member a tag of their own, make it all a bit more personalized ?

Any help, or tips on where to look ?

thanks

Great, Thanks Jeff.

I am having another probelm though...

I've been modifying, changing icons and so on, and the forum is looking how I want it to now (look good too, I think)

BUT... I want to be able to do this:

The tree format (as below) is really quite long, and is taking up a lot of space, I tried the Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options screen, and the Enable inline links (This removes the tree format does it not ?), but each time I check it and use the save command, it's ignored and I end up with the tree format again..

Is there something wrong with my set up, or is there another way of shutting down the tree and just showing single line for posts..

Thanks for the installing help BTW, now it's up and running the whole thing looks and works fantabulously, well done YaBBse ;)

If you click save a whole bunch of times, does it eventually save?

Yes, we haven't had access to a system that does it so we can see why it won't save :)

You on Windows or *nix system?
