recurring error

hey, i was wondering if someone would be so kind as to help me out here. thanks:
when i go to the admin panel it says:
2: fopen("./yabbinfo.xml","w") - Permission denied
(/home/domains/drefix.com/htdocs/forums/Sources/Admin.php ln 1861)
but safe mode isnt on. i've also tried it on a couple other servers, and the same error. the only server i've had it work on was local host. i was wondering if someone could please tell me why. thanks.
