missing files

hi there,

1) i don't have  file "'Settings.bak" on my Sources folder .  I did double check the folder and not see it.  

When i clicked on "Forum Preferences and Settings", i got this error message.

Unable to create 'Settings.bak': Permission denied
(../forums/Sources/Admin.php ln 813) .

Could you show me where i can download this file , Setting.bak .

2)  In the YaBBHelp folder , i don't see the index file in this folder .

Create a Settings.bak file in notepad (it can be empty), upload it and chmod it 666, then it should be fine.

Help files were left out by accident and a link I think can be found in the FAQ section.

well you can get the files from me, but i'll have to reinstall my server.

but if you can wait, the maintenance package will have the helpfiles. and a bunch of great new features and of course bug fixes.
