logins don't hold help!

I setup my yabbse board on my server (wich really is my server), yesterday and it worked fine for few hours.  Then the problems came... I logged in as admin and the homepage came up showing that I was in.  Then I tried to do anything like use my admin page thing or private messaging someone and I got an erorr telling me that I wasn't allowed to access that thing.  I shutdown the server over night and when I fired it up this morning, same problem! Please Help!

Delete your cookies or change cookienames in settings.php.

Or browse the FAQ...the maintenance release also addresses a couple cookies issues.
