Board errors when installing

A friend just installed his board and is having major troubles.

Here is where it is located

He told me this through PM on my board so I will PM him with the URL to here, but was wondering if anyone knew what is wrong.  Thnx

Thats YaBB 1 Gold.... your friend can get some help over at yabb.xnull.com

But it looks like a CHMOD issue, or incorrect paths.
