error when installing?

i keeep on getting this error when i run instal.php

"Warning: fopen("./Settings.php","w") - Permission denied in /home/vhosts/starhannes/yabbse/install.php on line 97

Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid File-Handle resource in /home/vhosts/starhannes/yabbse/install.php on line 99 "

and that warning:supplied arguement keeps on going about 30 times.. what have i done wrong?

I am getting the same error when I try to setup my board.

Any help would be apprecitated.

I figured it out. I had to chmod the settings.php file to 777 to get the install to take.
