Why do I keep getting a Internal Server Error

Sorry for the stupid question.... I had to switch to a unix server to setup this board, and I have no reason why I keep getting this 500 Internal Server Error everytime I try to run a php file...

Does the same thing when I try to run the installer..

That's the Error Log File...

Does this mean PHP isn't enabled?
