i was also checking the people that have posted and it shows the number of posts incorrectly can someone please help with this too is they know the problem

On your forum or ours?  When deleting threads, posts aren't taken from a users count but individual messages are.  So that can also affect post counts.

well it is on my forum.. what happens is right now we are building users up... and i havent deleted any of the posts that users other then the testers made.... but when someone signs u they may have 9 posts but when i go search for them they arent anywhere to be seen...

i dont think so someone that just signed up has 9 posts next to there name yet nothing on the board and not even a trace of a post

now that i think about it... i think it may because in conjunction with another problem i have.. some users complain about a mysql argument error. if they get that maybe it registers as a post even if the post doesnt register
