Where are the instructions?

Hi

I am new to yabb forums.

I recently downloaded the Yabb gold sp1   .pl version and set it up on some free webspace no problem at all.  So then deleted it.

I have now got proper hosting and the server i am hosted on supports

PHP 4 or better  & mySQL 3.22 or better

I am told.

I have therefore downloaded, Yabb Se (safe mode one?)and extracted it.

i then went to  http://www.yabbhelp.com
to download the manual  and find there isnt one!!

How do i know which files to chmod,  like i did on the .pl version?

I am sorry i know this is a really lame question but i am new to this.

Are there instructions anywhere?    Surely i can set this up via ftp and chmod,  can't I. ?
