mySQL error

someone please help me with this.  I keep getting this everytime I run install.php and index.php I even edited teh settings.php and got this same error:

Warning: Access denied for user: 'Rock@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /******/rock/public_html/diq3/YaBB2/index.php on line 41

Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Access denied for user: 'Rock@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /******/rock/public_html/diq3/YaBB2/index.php on line 41

I don't want to post the server name for safe precautions
