Login problem !!!

When i first login for an admin id , i got this error

An Error Has Occurred!

Username does not exist

fyi : my id and password is correct .... but still error

I am also having this problem, but being a programmer, I can look into it.

During my experiments, it seems that garbage is being passed to the Login2 function of LogInOut.php. If you insert

into line 77 of LogInOut.php, you'll see that garbage. For my username, auroris, that garbage turned out to be

MjphdXJvcmlzOkEwbkNvckNIMWNRN2c6MTA6OjA6MDowOjA6OjQwOTY=

I'm not sure where this garbage is coming from, but that's what YaBB SE thinks my username is when I click the login button.

I can't figure it out. I would expect something is messing up the variable somewhere between the time that the input data is read and and the function begins, but for the life of me, I can't figure it out.

Can anybody else here think of something?

if you're funning your forum of a server in your house/office/etc. that uses a high speed (like cable) connection, and you're using a redirector, it won't work.  you need the IP address of you're internet connection, and then hardcode that into the board url.  i have that same problem, and i had t od othat for both YaBB and YaBB SE, and that solution works on both boards.
