Make "sticky" when you post

Is there a way to add the option(just for ADMIN/MOD) to make the post stick before you hit submit- Like at the bottom of text box there is notify of replies, disable smilies and lock after submitting- can there be "make topic sticky" also.  I hate having to go back into the thread to make the post sticky

Not yet methinks, but I do remember giving that idea over at YabbForum ages ago and its being included in Yabb2, so I'd say it will be in this too. Otherwise the Mod Team might just write it!  ;)

thought of this a while ago and couldnt figure out why its not there.  I actually tried it but couldn't figure out how to make it work in preview so i gave up and deleted my work  :(

I agree that this would be quite useful - Especially as you are returned to the message index and not the thread after posting with this software, making it quite unnecessary to go back into the thread a second time just to make it sticky...

You can use the QuickMove mod to counteract this. Allows you sticky any thread straight after making it. Still the option box would be quick for making threads.  ;)

QuickMove?  we have a mod called QUICKMOVE?  DANG, I need it!

But I certainly agree that STICKY should be an OPTION when you post the message... quite annoying to have to go back in just to stick it.
