Problem Description:
Hi I am a total newbie and i don't know anything .... so i hape someone can help me to understand how this all works.

I dloadet the files and uplad them at www.angelfire.com now i want to do what the readmy say and open the upladet php file but when i try it want to dload the file and i can#t do anything else. .... i heard i need a program for the php .... but what programm ? and what to do with it

Don't think i am that tupid but it is realy the first time i try to work with php

You can't do this on angelfire.  You need a host with php and mysql.

Indeed you cant.

For a list of good hosts, I would try www.free-webhosts.com .

If you do find a host, you will need support for PHP, MySQL and at least 10MB of space.

Also, I doubt you will find many decent hosts that are free, but tripod lycos is one that I can think of, but I strongly recommend against using it.  http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk
