Problem Description:
Hi,
I read on another thread about doing maintenance regulalry.
I didn't realise that needed doing and have never done any.
What should I be doing?
I looked up maintenance controls in admin.  Is there anywhere I can read info about what all the following tasks are and which I should and shouldn't be using?

Repair All Boards and Topics
Recount All Board Totals
Clean active log
View forum error log
Optimize Database
Dump Database
