Server Platform: Unix, Linux, or BSD

Problem Description:
I just installed YaBBSE. I found that only Admin can upload photos onto server to be shown with the message. Can guests do that? If so, how to set it up, to allow users to upload photos.

Check "Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options".
