Moderated Posting

.. but I have searched.. And searched.. And searched..

I am looking for a way to have a forum fully moderated, ie all posts has to be approved by a moderator/administrator before it is made public. As far as I understand it this function is not incorporated in 1.5.4? At least, I am not able to find such a function. If I am wrong, please forgive me.

If it is in fact not incorporated, is there a mod out there that would provide this feature?

The school I am working on are currently using ubb.threads, but quite frankly I am kind of in love with YaBBSE. It is just this small feature I really need that so far has prevented me from switching.

No, I'm afraid that is not incorporated in the current version.

There have been a lot of talk about this in the past, but I don't think anyone ever made such a mod.

I don't think it should be too hard to make such a mod, although I'm not sure if I can manage to do it with my quite limited knowledge of PHP...

My experience with PHP is quite limited too, so I guess I will try to hit the books. Gives me something to do during the rainy vacation. =)
