i know i have asked this before, maybee to allow this all you would need to do is record there ip and put it into a table, or have cookies.

the database structure and code will need to be changed
if you want something like this, why not use a different poll script? like one that you can put in front of your website

i use sympoll for my site -> http://www.ralusp.net/suchislife/sympoll.php
the code is quite messy and hard to read
but i somehow managed to integrate it with yse
