Customized profile mod?

I apologize for my newbie question.

Is there a mod out there that will let me edit (add and delete) the fields available for members to complete in their profiles? I know there are such mods for YaBB Gold, but I don't see where to get such a mod for YaBB SE

Well, almost, I need a way to 'lock down' almost everything in a user's profile, but I suppose that what you are asking would be only trivially different (famous last words).

I'll probably start looking at this next week sometime.

There is a mod like this for YaBB Gold, and lots of folks have been requesting that someone update it, so as soon as someone figures out how to do this, it won't be too hard to do.

i suppose you could also install the bio mod, and put anything else not mentioned in the profile fields there
