Quotes, Code styles ignoring CSS??

You mention on your forum that you didn't know what was causing the problem. I worked it out about 5 mins ago, but when I came to post, you'd already fixed it.

Problem wasn't the .quote style at all, but the .titlebg style:

 {
   color: #ffffff;
   background-color: #707182";
 }

The " was the problem.

I didn't know what I did wrong, actually, I fixed it by pasting in a template backup of the CSS and replacing the values with the custom colors -- which would have fixed that " character.
