Okay, I've found some alternative hosting space for a moment.

Until I get my server running, the zipped images can be found HERE.

The three images you requested are included

I know that you include the psd file in the zip file, but i haven't figured out how to make my own buttons in Photoshop yet.

there is some possibility of obtaining to the psd file of these buttons?

Actually, that's just a color bar.  Unfortunately, I lost the PSD when I switched servers.

But I think I made the merge and split buttons for someone else, along with a few others.  I'll see if I can dig it up and make a new template.

Okay...  that was pretty painless.  I've updated the zip file on my site.  I added chat, merge, split, im_backup, im_backupbox, and membermap.  I've also put a somewhat useable template in.
