Support Board?

Have recently upgraded from 1.4.1, when i go into the board bit in admin, i see there is a "this is a support board" option.

what does it do??

where exactly did you see that option? in Edit Boards?
are you sure it's saying 'Support Board', not 'Announcement Board'?

yeah in edit/create boards...

I have these options

Make this board an announcement board
Posts count 0 here
Make this board a support board

my partner in crime may have added a mod though

Well support board is a mod... so that might be the case. ;)

i never officially release the mod, but the regular version should add a [solved] button beside [reply] button in Support Boards. The button is only visible and can be used only by topic creator, admins and moderators
if one clicks that button, the topic icon will be changed into a checkmark, indicating that the problem is already solved
it works like the sticky topic or lock topic function
