How can i set This?

I want every-user that register need to wait me to authorize him and only then he can use his user to login!

how can i do it? please its very important...
i just can't find it on the Administration in my YaBB-Se forum

How can i set that Every user that registers to the forum need to wait for me to Author' him and only if i will his user will be Activated..

Not a standard option, I'm afraid, but Spaceman-Spiff's Application Mod does what you need!

The easiest (without need for installing a mod) is to make a general members group and all forums accessible only for users in that members group. So people can register but do not see any forums. Only after you manually modified their profile to that member group they are able to access the forums.
