Problem with insert image and other issues

Hey all.. this is probably a stupid question, but after hours of seaching, and the FAQ section being down, I need to post it.

I just converted my boards from YaBB 1 Gold SP 1.1 to YaBBse 1.5.2. Everything is working great except for two things.

1) The insert image function doesn't seem to work any more. I place the URL between the two [img] and nothing shows up in the post.

2) I want to limit my avatar sizes to 150 x 150. I've set the follwing in under "Forum Preferences and Settings" but it has no effect. Avatars still display at full size.

Userpic Width (0 = disable limit)  150
Userpic Height (0 = disable limit)  150

3) I tried turning some things on under "Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options " but they don't seem to take effect. Each time I go back under "Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options" everything is unchecked again.


Any help would be appreciated.

Yuo host probably doesn't work with the option in 'Mods' Settings and Options.  You should set those boxes both to 0, which will solve problem #1.

Problem #2.... the avatars don't get resized until they change their profile.  You might want to change it to like 120 x 120, and then remove the avatars of anyone who is surpassing the limit.

I'm not sure what you mean, but it sounds like you're saying I should set the following options to 0 under "Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options"

Max width of posted pictures (0 = disable)  
Max height of posted pictures (0 = disable)

Unfortunately as I mentioned in my post,  every time I select somthing under "Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options" they don't seem to take effect. Each time I go back under "Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options" everything is unchecked again.

Help....
