1st Time Login After Registering

Hello YaBBSE,

I have registered multiple times on the website http://www.michigandnb.com/yabbse and I receive emails confirming I have registered, but when I login I receive a message that the username does not exisit.  I have also tried the forgot password section looking up the username by email and it also says email does not exisit.  Could you please assist?

Upgrade to 1.5.1 and then 1.5.2.  Are you running any mods, as well?

He doesn't own the site, he is registering on somebody ELSE's YaBBSE board.

Make sure that when you login, you use the EXACT name that you used to register. Also if you registered with a space in your name then where the space should be use _ when you try to login.

That is correct, I am registering on someone elses site.  I have typed in the username and password exactly.  I have even cut and pasted the username and password into the login screen.  Is this the right place to notify of this error, or is there a way I should contact the moderator of the actual website?  Is the download you mention something I can download to my computer, or is it something the site moderator needs to do?

Chris, I also tried to register and came across the same problem, hence why I asked.

I am not running any mods, and I have not downloaded anything from yabbse as of yet.  Should I download the 1.5.1 & 1.5.2?

The people that run that site will have to download and upgrade their forums, not you.  Sorry about that confusing bit.

Thank you so much for your time.  Is there a way for YaBBSE to notify the website that they need to download the patch, as I do not see a way to contact them without registering to make a post?  Have a wild weekend.
