attachment size limit stupid question...

I am looking to increase my attachment size limit specfically I want to make it 3mb.  I know the "security issues" this will cause but I am doing it to make it easy for people to add suggestions for my website.  If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated, I have searched the forums and the admin options but saw nowhere to change the limit even in attachment manager.

1. Wrong Board

2. Open your eyes: ModSettings -> There you can increase the size... :P

Thanks I didn't look there cause I thought that was specfically for mods to install, and I apologize for postin in the wrong board I figured this was best suited.

Yeah.... I think "Installed 'Mods' Options and Settings" is the wrong name to ::).
