Just another of my funky ideas.

On announcement boards administrators should be able to resend the announcement email - especially if it wasn't sent.

i wrote this for one of my forums
because i have the news writers post the news in a restricted board first, so the admin can review them, then move the selected topics
and yse doesnt send announcement if a topic is moved into (not created in) the announcement board, so i wrote that...

the file is attached, it requests for the threadid and can send announcements from any boards
if more ppl are interested, i might make it a mod ;)
