I searched for this in the Completed Mods and Mod Ideas forums but couldn't find it, so here I am, writting this
at my forum, I want people to show pictures of their trips and stuff like that inside their messages, but although I put a tutorial on how to host their pics in a free host if they didn't have their own and how to put the link to that, it's too hard for them, I don't know why...
I have attachment disabled in my forum, although this is the best solution, because they uploaded huge pictures and if I set the limit too low, they didn't know how to resize and compress the pics although I wrote a tutorial for that too, or they just didn't care to do it...
so, I though, maybe, the solution could be a feature in the forum, that accepted only img files and resized the picture proportionally and then compressed it as a jpg at whatever % quality set
this'd make putting their pics in the messages reaaally easy and also'd save me tons of webspace and bandwidth
