News.php Error, and Others

My site, http://www.gbcue.com uses the news.php to port the news from one part of the forums to another part.  I recently heard that the server just upgraded to the newest Apache, and now all of the porting is screwed up.

I get this message everywhere I just the news porting thing:
An Error Has Occurred!

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Tutorial:

Step 1: Upload all the files in the zip.
Step 2: Run upgrade.php.

Hmmm... no step 3.... Easier than 1-2-3, see?
