Cannot login to change board after install

I installed yabb se perfectly no problems what so ever, but when i go to login i cant login as Administrator it says username no found, i can register a new username w/ out admin controls, what is the default username and password suppose to be after a fresh install of yabb se on server??

You set your username and password as the last step when running install.php.  What you can do is register a new account and then use this tool to make it an admin.  Make sure to delete the tool after you have used it.

when i go to that link i get this error

YaBB SE Admin Restore Utility

Notice: Undefined variable: submit in N:\Websites\ebf\yabbse\adminrestore.php on line 50

memberName to restore: Enter the emberName of the user you need to restore admin to.  

Proceed to the restore process:  


Do i upload the filein the yabbse directory?

ok i still dont get a admin link at the top after i ran the fix for the username i created
