can I ban whole domains from registering with wildcards like *.hotmail.com

If not, is there anyway to do this?

Just put in the domain name itself.  I believe you CAN ban entire domains.

So in other words, a person can keep registering every 5 minutes with another free hotmail account? There is no way to prevent this?

Theres an Aplication Mod somewhere.. lets Admin review all new members before allowing them to register...

No ip addresses are roving, and change regularly. I'm surprised. I would have thought banning domains would have been something standard for a forrum admin. I guess I'll just have to wait. Bummer.
