how's about a mod that will allow you to make all of a board's posts anonymous, and only the admin is able to find out who posted what?  i want to set up a poetry contest on my poetry board and the judge will be someone who's familiar with many of the members so by not allowing him/her to see who the authors are, it ensures that he/she will be as impartial as possible in choosing winners. did that make sense?

so what i want to do is remove the whole Author column on one board, and post a link at the bottom of the post that's only visible to the admin that will display the username and take me to their profile when i click it. Like the i.p. address and it can be put right next to it.

It would also have to remove the signatures. And if a person edits their post, it needs to not show the name of the person who edited it, only the time.

easier way: tell the contestants to submit the poetry to you (through email or IM), then u post each of them without giving out the names
