Advance notification??

The default notification for a reply is email a message to the member. (if setup) I like to have an im instead or  an other notification cause not everybody wants to have an email on a reply. In a large board such as this one you would be overload with email when you want a reply on many subject.  It should add a table to the default im wich shows the replies on a subject or it has to show up a notification when there is a subject with a reply, and add an xtra field in the profile wich will show the subject for notifications. I think The best way to do this is to create a similar idea as last post only shown in the profile.

This idea is similar to show new post since last visit but its different is that it only will show the checked threads
