You do realize there's a difference between a locked poll topic, and locking the voting on a poll right?

Yes, I do... however a locked poll topic is relatively useles.. It would be nice if it was indicated that the voting was locked on the index... I made an icon and posted about it on the bugs board...

we have an icon - the difficulty is in debating whether it should show or not.

And locking the topic is useful - you may want people's votes, but  not their comments for instance...

right now, if the topic is locked, the locked icon shows on the index.  if the voting is locked, the locked icon shows on the display page...

hmm.... I think that the main purpose of polls is to get votes, not comments, and therefore the lock should be shown on the main page if voting is locked.
