Don't I know if a mod exists so that Global Moderator can modify the profile of the members ?

the global mod center Mod isnt capable of doing this...
only:
- Global Moderators can edit news
- Global Moderators can ban people
- Global Moderators can edit reserved names
- Global Moderators can edit censored words

why do u want your global mod to do that?
if u trust the global mod so much to do that, u can consider making him an admin ;)

I think the idea behind this is that a global moderator hasn't enough functions, and a administrator has to much. My idea is to create a new administrator account and allow the headadministrator to choose the functions this administrator will have. I like this idea.
