Everything is going fine except I cannot Add smilies or YABBC tags to my posts, Also my news ticker doesn't work any more

This sounds like the ASCII uploading thing. See Andrea's reply:

You must upload the uubc.js in ASCII mode (*not* BINARY). Almost certainly fixed if you re-upload the right way.

And of course the user must have js enabled in the browser.
