How to upgrade from normal user to Administrator

I found dead end on upgrade normal user to Administrator status.

Click on their profile, selecet "Modify" and scroll to the bottom.  You will see a drop-down menu.  Click on it, and select Administrator.

Done.

Thanks, I found it, but only have Administrator and Global Moderator in the combobox, where can I add other position like Moderator and others. Is it possible?

That thread will answer your question, but it is kind of long and rambling. To be a bit more concise:

"Moderator" is not a true membergroup. To make a member a moderator on a single board, you go to Edit Boards in the Admin panel and type the username of the member(s) you want to be moderator(s) in the appropriate box.

To add other custom membergroups to the "Position" box in a member's profile, though (not applicable for Moderators), you would go to Edit Membergroups in the Admin panel and add the membergroup(s) in the box provided at the bottom.
