Better Template

This is a better version of the normal template, it looks the same but the code behind it is different. Works in:

Internet Explorer 5+
Konqueror
Mozilla 1+
Netscape Navigator 7+

I didnt change the look, I only changed the html behind the look, so it works in most browsers, and is easy to edit.

whatever you changed, you didnt do it right. it has to be lowercased for xhtml compliancy

Ok, the changes:
- Formatted the text, (will make lower case asap).
- Fixed the tables so they display on most browsers.
- Thats all...
