CO-Admin power mod

i have a couple of admins and i dont want them to touch the settings,so i think they should be a CO-Admin where the can onlty delete boards,and add news,and maybe email members.and add boards.

Actually, in YaBB SE you can already set any user as an administrator as well. Just go into their profile (as Admin) and set their membergroup ("Position") to Administrator. If you are feeling sadistic (or masochistic, depending on your users), you can set everyone to moderator and watch All Heck break loose.
