David try this board and make sure you deny cookies except for the php session id cookie, although it may work if you deny that as well...

It is sorta working with sessions I think. For some reason it is getting the username wrong but other then that it seems to keep you logged in.

Well I got logged in.  When posting it did seem to think I was a guest though.  If I set it to log in for 2 minutes I am logged out the next click though.

I think if your realName and memberName entries are the same it works but seems to messup otherwise.

You might have just gone at a time I was trying something new, for a bit there it wouldn't have worked.

When you were doing testing could you get the session variables to stay around David? For some reason they seem to go away after every page load.

Also if the session ID cookie isn't accepted I don't think it will work as I don't see where the session id is going to be stored from page to page. Normally it just attaches it to the URL if you don't use a cookie but it doesn't seem to do that here.

they shouldn't all thats needed is before you try to call the sessions you go session_start ();

and that you register them the first time
