Urgent help! Admin title is garbled !?

I have a small problem, where the admin title has been totally garbled...
The title was (and should be) "Mellyrn / God" (yes, a dual one, in both english and elven).

yet it has become this:
Y2VsZWJvcm46YWRmYzYzMjYxYjJlNzY5NzRmYTYxY2E3NTU1ZmY1NTA6

it only shows in the area where you can assign titles, and in the forums under the information bout the poster, in the post

And no, it wont help to change the title... It still stays garbled

new update:
When i try to change the rank, it doesnt change it, it just adds it... So atm have administrator a total of 4 ranks :D

Well, some other minor things to add, which might help solving this issue:

Connecting to the database and manually modify the title helped, and it switched the thing back to normal. Also removed the multiple title.

But, if i tried to change the title (renaming the "Administrator" title), which now has been set to Mellyrn again, to e.g "God", it screwed the crap up again....
