en administracion te vas a miembros y pinchas sobre él, o si ha escrito algun post en perfil . te sale una pantallita donde pone su informacion. pos arriba pone "modificar" haces clic ahi y abajo del todo dentro d esa pantalla hay un desplegable donde le pones lo de mod global o adm
