Couple Requests

1. Global Moderators get profile access, like admins. Two versions should be available:
  A: They can set membergroup to Global Moderator and lower.
  B: They can not set membergroups to Global Mod or Admin.

2. Moderator's Board. This allows all moderators to have their own board, since moderator is not an actual membergroup. Global Moderators and Admins also have access to this board, of course. All of the moderators can moderate this board.
