Extra Required Field Mod

Basically, I could do with an Extra Field that is required when signing up.

It would be cool to have a general mod to do this, but...

I really could do with it being customiseable, ie. able to set the field, whether it needs to be numerical or not, upper and lower boundaries etc...

However, I don't know any php, and it would help me if the mod could let me have all of the customisable features on some features/settings in the admin panel...

If anyone could do this, I would be VERY grateful...
