[Done] No Smilies/YABBC Tags

I don't want them to be gone, i just don't want the buttons to show up every time you goto post a responce/topic/pm

I like those sorts of things to be little easter eggs *ecspecially the new smiles that i've added*

for people that actually know what they are doing on my forums and come there often.

The Buttons are gone, but the Cdes still work eg [URL ] and [/URL ] Still work, but no button for em, But smilies have been totall disabled. I'll create a version which Just hides em for Ya if u want?
