I would like to see the option of mailing members in Bcc, so everyone on the list doesn't see everyone elses e-mail address.  Is this currently available?

Perhaps it is your set up.  I am using sendmail to send email and it sends an email to each person without revealing any other email address.  It might be different with SMTP.
