Board w/ in the page

Curious ... can someone direct me to the instructions if available on how do I make my board w/ in the page ... like for exampls this board ... there are links on the left and top of the board which are specific to teh site.

Basically I want to have the board fit with in my existing links of the site and not send it to a new page.

You just need to build your template into your site design.  So basically take your site design, and in the area where you want your board insert the tags for the board.  Then save that as your board's template.  I know I make it sound much simpler then it really is.
