Easiest way to change hard coded font sizes?

Is there an easy way to change/remove the hard coded (i.e. in the php files) font sizes? My CSS file works well, but there is still a substantial amount of text I have no control over. I tried searching this forum for help, but I couldn't anything specifically related.

i dont think there's any easy way to do it but check it and replace it one by one...
use windows search over sources directory for size=" or size=\"

thanks for the help! luckily i had TextPad so i was able to do a global find/replace across all files at once. i think it turned out pretty good!
