Suggestion: Re-send notifications

I can't find a good place to post suggestions, so I'll do it here.

It would be nice to have some function to re-send email notifications, or atleast, be able to see in the notifications-area which topics one havn't checked (that has been updated). I came to think of this about half an hour ago when my outlook-inbox was wiped out by AVP(it said it contained virii and therefor removed my whole inbox). The point is that my inbox contained a bunch of notifications.

Another thing that I don't like is when one logs in with wrong password, it displays the entered password. What if someone looks over the shoulder? What if there's just a single char that is wrong and someone sees it? Hurray! Something like "Show entered password when login fails?" would be nice in the preferences.

There are always ways to get passwords, but I think the risk should be minimized alittle by never showing what one entered in cleartext.

That's of course a matter of opinion, and something that have been discussed quite a lot... Personally, I think it's good like it is now.

Regarding the first suggestion - I agree that it could be useful in some situations, although I think most people wouldn't have such a huge need for it.
