Yabb 1 Gold SP1.1 to SE

Currently have YaBB 1 Gold SP1.1 installed:

I read a few other posts and it seems I have to use the convertor to 1.3 and the upgrade to 1.41.

Is this correct?

Any caveats before I begin?

I did both the SP1 and the v1.1 upgrades with BoardMod no problem.

Will I use BoardMod again? Can I?

No, it's not correct.

Install YaBB SE 1.4.1 and use the converter. You can't upgrade from SP 1.1 with an SE upgrade...
You don't need BoardMod.
